- Relevant diploma/degree/certificate in procurement, supply chain, stores management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant procurement, receiving or stores experience; hospitality experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of purchasing controls, inventory, documentation and supplier management.
- High integrity, numerical accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
