- Basic hospitality, stewarding or food-hygiene training is preferred.
- Previous stewarding/kitchen-cleaning experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Knowledge of hygiene, dishwashing, chemical handling, waste management and kitchen safety.
- Physically fit, reliable, team-oriented and able to work flexible shifts.
