- Relevant diploma/degree or professional certification in IT, computer science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant IT support/systems experience; hospitality systems exposure is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of networks, hardware/software support, cybersecurity and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and user-support skills, with ability to work under operational pressure.
