  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant culinary role; luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, HACCP/food-safety practices and portion control.
  4. Ability to maintain consistent quality, presentation standards and work effectively in a high-volume kitchen.
