- Relevant culinary certificate/diploma or recognised professional cookery qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant culinary role; luxury hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, HACCP/food-safety practices and portion control.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality, presentation standards and work effectively in a high-volume kitchen.
